Bibliotecando: The new “social” role of school libraries

The project “Bibliotecando” began in September 2005 and lasted till April 2006. Its aim was to define the “new” rule of school library region Piedmont (Northern Italy) from point view students, their relatives citizens .It carried out by so called Nucleo Biblioteche (Task Force for School Libraries) Regional Office Turin. consists three phases: a survey, competitition an action “To read or not read?”. Thanks survey on line we had information about best practises which show interesting efficient interaction between Italy that is say as Centres Resources where only students learn make research but even people can interact many ways. Moreover considered collected different links libraries have context local, national international networks. greatest challenge our how promote themselves public opinion.
